The Origin of Lunava
The name Lunava was born from the combination of our last names: “Luna,” from Frank, and “Navarro,” from Angela. Beyond uniting our identities, we wanted a name that represented us as a team and reflected the values we believe in.
The moon and the wolf have always been symbols that inspire us. The moon represents dreams, vision, and the reminder that nothing is out of reach. The wolf symbolizes loyalty, strength, resilience, and determination.
In our story, we are the wolf, loyal to our aspirations, united in purpose, and committed to pursuing them with courage and honesty.
Lunava was not created only from our names, but from who we are and what we hope to communicate through our work.
Where we come from
Frank and Angela come from Ibagué, Colombia, a city filled with dreams, music, coffee, bread, and rice. We come from large families and from parents who grew up fighting for their children and their aspirations. Through them, we learned the value of effort, perseverance, discipline, and purpose.
Angela’s background is in industrial engineering, with a passion for transformation, creativity, and human well-being. Frank’s path comes from physiotherapy, centered on caring for the body and mind. Angela loves animals and plants; Frank is passionate about sports, health, and movement.
But beyond our professions, we come from imagination, from words, and from the books, stories, and pages that opened new worlds for us.
We are dreamers who believe in positive ambition, in creating, transforming, and leaving a meaningful mark on the world. We come from a place where vision is just as important as origin, and where the desire to make a difference drives us every day.
Today, we continue dreaming, and we do not plan to stop.
We believe there are no impossible goals when work is done with honesty, intelligence, dedication, and purpose. Every step forward, no matter how small, brings us closer to the vision we continue building together.
